Scripture Affirmations for Doing Hard Things – Do Difficult Things

Here are Bible confessions based on scripture to help you accomplish impossible tasks. Speak these truths over your life with faith, and believe that God’s Word will empower you to overcome every obstacle:

God empowers me to do the impossible.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

With God, nothing is impossible.

“For with God nothing will be impossible.” (Luke 1:37)

“Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.’” (Mark 9:23)

God gives me wisdom and understanding to succeed.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” (James 1:5)

“In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” (Colossians 2:3)

God makes a way where there is no way.

“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19)

I have the mind of Christ to accomplish great things.

“For ‘who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?’ But we have the mind of Christ.” (1 Corinthians 2:16)

God’s strength is perfected in my weakness.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped.” (Psalm 28:7)

I am anointed to overcome challenges.

“But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you.” (1 John 2:27)

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me.” (Luke 4:18)

God fights for me. I will not be defeated.

“The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” (Exodus 14:14)

“If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)

I trust God to complete the work He started in me.

“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6)

God equips me with strength for every challenge.

“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.” (Isaiah 40:29)

“It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.” (Psalm 18:32)

Prayerful Confession:

Father, I thank You that nothing is impossible for You. I declare that I am strengthened through Christ to accomplish every task before me. I have the wisdom, strength, and favor of God working in my life. You make a way where there seems to be no way, and I walk in Your power and grace. I trust You to guide me, fight for me, and perfect everything that concerns me. In Jesus’ name, I overcome every obstacle and succeed in every good work. Amen.
